Who We Are Looking For

The Success Center would like to thank you for stopping by and giving us an opportunity to tell you about Associated Veterinary Partners.

We invite you to visit the “Who We Are” page before reading on.  At AVP we are proud of our story and believe it defines who we are as an organization.  Trust us, you won’t be bored!

AVP is growing, as more veterinary practice owners are choosing to partner their clinics with AVP, and by adding talented veterinary healthcare workers like yourself to the teams at our existing partner clinics. We strive to find only the best team members that share our enthusiasm for the profession and who are committed to delivering compassionate, ethical, and skillful care to their patients.

As we build the nation’s most compassionate network of veterinary practices, we are looking to fill many great roles with talented applicants who share in our vision of a bright future for the veterinary profession.

We love what we do and know that the best way to keep team members is to treat them fairly, invest in their growth, and listen to their needs.

Treat them fairly – There are no scripts at AVP, we speak authentically with no hidden agendas. Our compensation philosophy is simple and straightforward: A substantial base salary with opportunity to make more as the practice grows, plus a growing benefit offering across the network. We provide a great place to work, and we look to you to provide compassionate care to patients and excellent experiences to clients. AVP isn’t for everyone, but those who get us love us.

Invest in their growth – Great teams don’t happen by accident. Whatever stage of your career you’re in, we’re looking to support you in taking steps forward. Whether you’re an applicant looking for their first break into vet med, well on your path in veterinary medicine but looking to continue to grow, or a seasoned professional who is burned out from the corporate grind and looking for positive change – we’re excited to be your partner in building the great veterinary career that you deserve.

Listen to their needs – Simply put, the Success Center has one focus: the needs of our team members. We are always collecting feedback from our teams and using their input to shape our approach to best support their success. The Success Center’s name isn’t a coincidence: Removing any obstacles to your success is our most important job.

Whoever you are, whatever role you work in, if you have the passion, we have the opportunity.
